Piraeus is the central port of Athens . You can go from the center of Athens by Metro. Every day there are a lot of trips to Mykonos. The distance from Mykonos is 94 nautical miles, the trip is 3 hours by fast boat and 6 hours by slow.
Rafina is a port 27 km east from the center of Athens. You can go from the center of Athens by Bus or Taxi. Also Rafina is 20min from Athens International Airport. There is a bus from Airport to the port of Rafina. The distance from Mykonos is 71 nautical miles, the trip is 2 hours by fast boat and 4,5 hours by slow.
